This is how Yoweri Museveni created Bobi Wine as something important.REASON:,Museveni Created Bobi Wine to destroy Kizza Besigye
1.Museveni paid the CNN, BBC, ALJAZEERA and several others , to give Bobi Wine as much coverage as possible. This brainwashed Ugandans into thinking that Bobi Wine is now an international figure.
2.Museveni, through a firm in USA that advertised Uganda’s tourism, paid international organisations to give Bobi Wine awards for basically doing nothing. This was all a plot for making him look bigger than he is. He is a fuckin dense man who doesn’t know where he is coming from, or where is going.
3.It was Museveni through Salim Saleh and Muhoozi that sponsored Bobi Wine for MP. The plan was hatched to make him popular. Bobi Wine wasn’t ready to tell Ugandans about this till when Gen.Tumukunde said it.
4.Now, there is a plan by the Yoweri Museveni govt to start bringing him down using the same network they used to make him look bigger than he is. As we approach 2021, you are going to see the media turning against Bobi Wine, charges brought against him, people abandoning him, e.t.c. By the end of the elections, he would be no more

The air is now clear. The head of the legislature, Speaker Kadaga, put up a spirited but unconvincing defense of the 10bn/- the MPs allocated themselves. “We have ambulances commandeered by the Ministry of Health. The drivers have to be paid and ambulances serviced. MPs are also busy on advocacy. Committees are following up on what is happening in hospitals and they are reporting to the country”, she tweeted via her official Tweeter account. This admission comes at a time when public officials should be tightening their belts and leading by example in this season of living in reduced circumstances. MPs have watered the seedbed of corruption before but to wield the budgetary carving knife and get themselves a “cut” of 10bn/- is a scandal. The 10bn/- allocation to themselves now adds insult to injury. It is not only an outrage but flies in the face of the Ministry of Health’s lamentation about lack of protective gear for health workers at the frontline of combatting COVID-19.
This shameless abuse of power was first shrouded in secrecy with most of the mainstream media shying away from reporting it. This is no surprise. Parliament is a big source of advertising revenue and no media house would want to be on the wrong side of the all powerful House Speaker. It was the daring online publications that blew the whistle. They were the first to report the stench emanating from parliament over the waylaying of funds intended to fight COVID-19. All round condemnation then followed. An outraged public took to social media to condemn this despicable act. I’m sure if it were not for the lockdown, a few pigs, appropriately named after the members of the Parliamentary Commission the Speaker chairs, would have been released on Parliamentary Avenue!
Anyone who defends this abuse of power should let the public know what kind of work plan the MPs would adopt to spend the 10bn/-. The Speaker only gave a vague and generalized task list to justify the allocation. MPs are among the most well facilitated public officials. The extra facilitation at a time when those at the frontline of the anti-COVID-19 fight are cash strapped is abominable and repugnant. At best the money was a kind of kickback based on a conspiracy between the MPs and those who intend to embezzle chunks of the money once it leaves the treasury. We acknowledge of course the vigilance of the MPs, with public support, to remove ridiculous items like outdoor advertising through billboards!
Let’s look at what this money can do. 10bn/- can put up 100 basic Intensive Care Units (ICUs) with each costing 100m/-. It can procure 52 brand new 4 Wheel Drive Toyota Double Cabin Pick Ups. Build and equip 30 Health Centre IIIs, each costing about 300m/-. Build and furnish 70 basic Primary Schools each costing about 150m/-.
In terms of feeding vulnerable households during the 21 day lockdown, 10bn/- can feed 48,000 households or 192,000 people for the duration of the 21 day lockdown.
Put another way, during the 21 day lockdown each MP will be eating 952,380/- a day. That comes to 317,460/- per meal. Yet the ordinary vulnerable Ugandan (‘omuntu wa wansi’ in Luganda or the ‘walala hoi’ in Swahili), if lucky, will eat an average of 10,000/- a day per household of 4. That makes 2,500/- per person per day. That means 833/- per meal. In short, for each meal the deprived average Ugandan eats during the 21 day lockdown, each MP will eat 381 meals. There is the score. Wanainchi 1. MPs 381!
If ever there will be a Wall of Shame after the Coronavirus pandemic has receded, the MPs have earned themselves a prime place on it. The right thing for parliament to do is to redeem the image of the institution by giving the money back to the Ministry of Health as overtime allowances for doctors and nurses. At the very least we expect individual MPs with a sense of honour to donate the money to Uganda Red Cross!

Parliament spent billions in media on a campaign to educate the general public about the role of Mps, and trust me there is nothing to do with food distribution to voters. This FDC MP Hon.Ssemujju Nganda calling other Mps populist oooooooooh my brother, what you doing is more of populist stunts by donating FOOD, you are worse off , it’s your role to put govt at task to feed citizens not hide under this guise to feed voters ….
How pathetic to us that even those we think are sensible become senseless in Africa, sorry about my choice of words but hypocrisy in our current generation of leaders makes me feel DISGUSTED to the bone marrow..
Finally, these guys have spent 20 years posturing for regime change here, and citizens “rejected them” saying twebaka otuulo, couldn’t this be the right time for citizens to ask for food from 34 year old regime than you Ssejumu now playing angel in devil’s compound!!!
What a shame.

If you are Ugandan, some food for thought here:
______________
Mwangi | Nairobi, Kenya. As a Kenyan medical doctor I have come to learn two things about Ugandans. You only complain about your healthcare system when something is wrong with you as an individual.
Secondly you vote a government back into power that for the last 30 years has failed to bring your healthcare system into the 3rd world without taking it into account.
You are a 4th world medical power that produces 1st world doctors. Makerere Medical School today would rank top 4th in Africa. Anyone who lectures at that Medical School is a world class doctor. Forget about those in private practice.
Your government should concentrate on Mulago, Jinja, Mbarara and Gulu Hospitals as centres of excellence.
My boss is a Ugandan doctor who left because of not just poor pay but poor infrastructure. He now earns 700,000 kshs. Your President has only done one thing that we Kenyans respect him for, bring you stability and build a powerful army. In terms of service delivery he is an absolute failure!
We are told that Yoweri Museveni cannot even get treatment in Mulago. How do you choose your own personal doctor to investigate poor service delivery? No wonder she did not name poor remuneration of doctors as a problem. So, you as Ugandans are to blame for your poor healthcare system.
We have about 500 Ugandan doctors working here and they feel nothing for you because they think you are the cause.
So style up and put the government to task. If you value your lives you should put doctors in a separate class of servants. In all first world countries they are among the highest paid individuals and they are made to account for that money through their work.
It’s only in Uganda where witch doctors earn more than their medical counterparts.
You should be ashamed!

Yesterday the Parliament of Uganda passed the supplementary budget for Covid 19 & MPs allocated themselves 20m each to purpotedly fight Covid 19. This reminded me of 2010 when MPs allocated themselves 20m each to monitor NAADS after passing a 600bn suplimentary budget. The same happened in the 7th Parliament when MPs allocated themselves 5m each to wet their beaks after removing Presidential term limits & the recent 29 million given to MPs to quench their thirst after removing age limit from the Constitution. It doesn’t matter whether their counterparts in Kenya & elsewhere are reducing their salaries as long as our MPs’ narrow interests are catered for Ugandans can go to hell!As usual gullible Ugandans will pour their misplaced anger on MPs condemning them for this selfishness & greed. Lucky enough am happily not part of the bandwagon condemning MPs. To condemn them is to ignore the cause of the problem & focusing on a mere symptom!
Having seen repeated pattern of behavior from the 7th to the current 10th Parliament should have shown us that the problem is bigger than the MPs. The fact that those we elect become worse than their predecessors is an indication that the problem we are contending with is structural & systematic than individual MPs.
In Uganda, even the stupidest person knows that Ugandan Parliament is not only a rubber stamp of Gen Museveni but also a toothless dog. Like such a dog , Ugandan Parliament has been made to hurriedly eat it’s own vomits several times by overturning what they had passed without shame! Do you remember the famous oil resolutions? What about the recent resolutions on the curriculum? You wonder why Ugandans even have to carry such a baggage of over 450 “Honourables” who are simply voting machines.
The day they pretended to exercise some sort of independence, the President had to wreck havoc on them by unleashing terror led by his militias of SFC who had to beat them up like cows & thrown into jail. When the speaker attempted to to write some letter asking for clarification from the Sabalwanyi, her letter was dismissed with contempt & dustbinned!
Even on this Covid 19 crisis, Parliament tried to halt the distribution of food in Kampala & were simply ignored, not even did the Sabalwanyi waste his time responding to them. And he was right any way, why would he have responded to an institution whose credibility he bought long ago in exchange of a few pieces of gold & silver ? Can you eat your cake & have it?
So having known their level, the best the MPs can do is to humbly coil their tails, apologetically crawl under the dictators legs, accept their fate, pick a few crumbs & leftovers that have fallen off his table, sit on his feet & eat!
Like the saying goes that there is no stupid dog when a cow has been slaughtered at home, our beloved MPs can’t accept to lose everything including the leftovers, if the cow has been slaughtered, & the whole meat taken, they will atleast carry the cow dung & the hooves (murokonyi).
40 years ago, the king of the jungle Sabalwanyi went to the bush, killed an animal called Uganda & started feasting on it together with the pride. A few royal hyenas were invited to have some feast, those that have known their level have since eaten satisfyingly, those that couldn’t know their level made noise & were used & later dumped or thrown out.
Now what is remaining is for the scavengers also to feast & have their share too! If you can’t be the lion atleast be a hyena, if not a hyena atleast be a vulture or a scavenger as long as you can have a share on the carcas called Uganda.

By the way, why would the very whites trying to test covid 19 vaccine on African soil rally unwaveringly behind a political newbie? Let’s relate open mindedly.
So BOBI WINE also received 20m ugx kept quiet and only bought 50bags of posho?! To help the 42m ugandans he is aspiring to lead?!
Ababo Wilfred Nyakuni: I blame Ugandans for their inaction because when they are given chance to elect their leaders, they choose thieves in big offices and they expect them to perform. On 26/1/2017,a leader told them in masindi that he is not anybody’s servant,he is working for his beliefs, for his children and the grandchildren unfortunately people were clapping hands for him instead of protesting.I know MPS are a problem but Ugandans have failed to understand that we don’t have parliament where national issues are debated instead that parliament is used to fleece donors so that they think we have democracy when otherwise we have dictatorship government.OPEN YOUR EYES UGANDANS,OUR ENEMY IS NOT THE MPS IT IS IN THE STATE HOUSE.
Richard Patrick: Onyala God of heaven!
I wonder whether this is the Uganda I know.

Comrade Bobi wine cheap politics will never help our struggle. You don’t get bullets and guns from your opponent and donate it back to him(museveni). Meaning you have confidence in his government to deliver? Why not donate it to the poorly paid medical workers or even To late Kawuma’s children.

As the people of Kyadondo East are starving in their homes, their popularity seeking MP Hon Robert Kyagulanyi is busy raising millions of dollars from his dubious foreign friends to hire a fleet of planes to evacuate NIGERIANS, JAMAICANS, CONGOLESE, KENYANS, ZAMBIANS ETC to Uganda, where he promises to even pay for their accommodation and other costs while in quarantine in Uganda. This is under the assumption that he will be helping a handful of Ugandans stranded there too. These people have their countries of origin who have an obligation to organise evacuation and receive them and put them under their own quarantine, and the international law is very clear on that.Secondly, most of them had gone to China on business trips, some working there, and are not the most vulnerable to that extreme. They need their home countries just to evacuate them.THE MOST VULNERABLE ARE THE KYADONDO EAST VOTERS, WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED A GRAIN OF FOOD TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES SO FAR,AND YOU HAVE THEIR NUMBERS AND CONTACTS, JUST GET THOSE DOLLARS, AND SEND MOBILE MONEY TO THEM (DO NOT USE THE ATTEMPTED MURDER THREAT SINCE YOU WON’T HANDLE PHYSICAL FOODS) AND LATER HELP OTHER UGANDANS, SINCE THOSE DOLLARS HIRING PLANES MUST BE ADEQUATE.PLEASE BOBI WINE STOP THIS MADNESS OF SEEKING SLEAZY INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION, WHILE YOUR POTENTIAL VOTERS SWIM IN HUNGER AND DISEASE.I AM TOM VOLTAIRE OKWALINGA (TV0) AND I SPEAK MY MIND WITHOUT FEAR.

Am so disgusted by the NRM members of Parliament on the decision to accept the 20 million Ugandan shillings in the name of sensitization of covid-19 in your constituencies.
You completely disregarded the feelings of the Ugandans who for sure are suffering in this period.
Why didn’t you say you wanted the 20m to buy posho and beans for at least 450 homes of sick and old vulnerable people in your constituencies.10kgs of posho cost 22000 and 5kgs of beans cost 20000.You each would have bought approximately 450 bags of posho and 450 bags of beans.
If you think well, adding one month of your salary would have doubled the help to these voters.
You already each earn a minimum of 25m per month,of which non of you has put a motion in parliament to cut it to half during these hard months to support government financially.20m (for sensitization) plus 25m (from your one month salary) equals 45 million shillings which is way less, considering how much you spend during campaigns. These are the times when you should side with all your people and not your pockets.
These are the times when you should sacrifice income from your businesses to sustain/support a good number of your voters. As a comrade who has always gone looking for Nrm votes from these same voters, you deny me the platform to support you.
I feel so heartbroken with this decision made by parliament despite the fact that there are more things that indeed go wrong but we try and understand because of the pre-existing conditions of our economy and country. But i also understand that fighting president M7 out is being done at many fronts i.e Parliament, police, cabinet and mainly STATE HOUSE. In these offices many are pretending to be NRM but are inside to tarnish and destroy the party and the president since the bush is not an option any more, proof to existence of the MAFIA who by the way started on me one year ago,a topic am soon opening publicly.
Therefore with all due respect, i kindly request the NRM members of Parliament to reconsider the 20m,add your one month salary, personally buy food for the people of your constituencies, hand it to the ministry of health with specific guidelines for your people. The ministry can then work with the RDC’s and LC’s to distribute the food to the sick and most vulnerable people.
There are so many people on strong medication like for TUBERCULOSIS AND HIV but lack food. These lists of patients can be gotten from all medical focal persons per medical facility or even the DHOs.We await your noble response.

There is no better replay of the “Affair of the Diamond Necklace” as it happened under the French Bourbon Monarchy than what has transpired in the halls of the Ugandan parliament these last two weeks.
During the reign of Louis XV between 1784 – 1785, he offered to have the most expensive Diamond Necklace worth 2 Million Livres (about US$ 20 Million today) made for his concubine Madam Du Barry but at a time when his subjects were starving and dying of the smallpox virus (unfortunately he died of smallpox before giving the necklace to his concubine).
The son, Louis XVI went on to become the next king, but in tow, was another extravagant queen that would ask the subjects to eat cake — “Qu’ils mangent de la brioche”, a type of bread made of eggs and butter when these peasants didn’t have any bread.
We have a war! A pandemic! An alarming situation where Ugandans are now eating less than one meal a day to defeat this Corona Enemy. And then comes a parliament devoid of any sense of humility to join forces with the masses in the war but rather taking away even the little that they are left with.
There is no worse misery than finding the population on its knees as a result of the dwindling economy hit by the ravaging Coronavirus, while the Speaker of the Ugandan Parliament is leading the chorus to get a supplementary budget ploughed through but earmarking a minimum bonus of US$ 6,000 per Member of Parliament (475 in number).
Yes, the speaker has orchestrated a move to channel a whopping 10 billion Ugandan Shillings or US$ 2.7 Million of the taxpayers’ money to go feed the already satisfied heartless legislators on cake and meat, while sending bags of posho and beans full of stones to the wanaichi, so far Kampala and Wakiso have indeed tested the stones.
There was a genuine cause for Parliament to pass a supplementary budget that would slow down the economic downturn as well as help government to full equip itself to fight this war against the obscure but lethal enemy – coronavirus.
Without a sounding defence against coronavirus, it is undeniable that there would be a long-term repercussions on the social service and national security systems of the country, an impact that would affect each and every citizen for generations.
It thus leaves one to wonder, how heartless can our legislative arm be to sneak into the well intentioned budget a whole Ten (10) billion that is for nothing but entertainment in the times of war, when solidarity and sacrifice is all the country needs. Indeed, Kadaga is telling Ugandans to go eat cake when there is absolute hunger.
If things have gone this bad, (which is the case because parliamentary oversight has gone to the dogs), then voters need to ask for a real change in Parliament for patriotic and intellectually upright cadres starting from the Speaker herself.
It is a hard task get the voters aware of the power they wield in their voting rights, but when voting comes, this is now the time to begin ticking the right boxes in line with changing the status quo in the August House for the better.
The more, our voting pattern relies on the silver coins received, the more we build complacency in the August House that breeds notoriety and familiarity when it comes to misuse of our taxes at the expense of very important budget items that seek to develop and protect the country as a whole.
Warren Buffet famously noted that “it’s only when the tide goes out that you learn who’s been swimming naked” and indeed this coronavirus has exposed the parliamentary butts for all Ugandans to see the sharks that we have been swimming with.
It is not a coincidence that counter-oversight agencies have for ages been left to run business on crumbs and patriotism as these well-funded MPs continue to amass the billions of the taxpayers funds.
When shall we countercheck these excesses to make Uganda a better country? Time and again, budgetary requests for crucial services are being thrown out by the various committees of this August House, without the scrutiny or input that is deserved of an MP, leaving any sane Ugandan doubting the purpose as to why we are having a blotted, selfish and hugely ignorant parliament in the name of democracy – rule of the people, by the people, for the people. In the end, a question remains lingering because sanity has to prevail, is Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga, guiding her house to represent the views of the people?

Breaking news: Corona positive track driver being rushed to Gulu this night. He was tested at Malaba border and intercepted in Kamdini Oyam district. Do we already have rapid tests? Wow!Albert Okolong: This was mis calculation by MOH. Imagine its almost 400kms from Malaba to Gulu. How many contacts did he come across. I think drivers need to wait for results after taking the test.
Mathew Okot: Sincerely how can someone be tested from Malaba then let go before results are out?
Someone must take responsibility here, just imagine how many people could’ve fallen in the chain of this driver along the way up to where he has been stopped?……oh God!
Albert Okolong: Latest information is that the driver is being driven to Kampala now.
Patrick Kelly PK@ Albert Okolong: That z very true bro Albert ,but now the all issue z hz about the people who have been with him in the truck.
Albert Okolong @Patrick Kelly PK: good question and how about those he interacted with in that distance of almost 400kms from Malaba to Kamdini/ Gulu.
Patrick Kelly PK @Albert Okolong: This really too painful ,another information z that at around 04pm these guys spent some time in corner kamdini and drove to palenga that z kitgum road where they were intercepted can u imagine the all saga now.
Patrick Kelly PK: The chain is too long now ,let wait until tomorrow.
Taabu Januzaj Isaacson: Very poor method of handling truck drivers by Govt, imagine tested at malaba, intercepted at kamdini, how many contacts does that man have?….just taking us to square 1 ,Very soon after 21 days, ull again request for More time to look for the contacts of the contacts.Y can’t they park and wait for results at boarders before they proceed,if everything is at standstill, then those cargos can also wait until results are out,or else, those people want to justify the expenditure of donated money by buying time in trying to treat and trace for the intentionally allowed in sick men.
Nak Mic: I think people are panicking for nothing.
Hon Odong Otto, has no right to divert covid19 patient since all hospitals are equipped to handle such cases.
If the guy has been picked his contacts will be traced and Isolated for screening. That is the whole idea of a lockdown.
If the lockdown wasn’t there perhaps the guy could have infected more people.
I commend the teams that followed up with him in the possible convenient time. Great job.James Ajuma: A truck driver, from malaba to gulu?,hmmm may God have mercy, how many contacts not yet known particularly WOMEN,there whereabouts not known, this is the state we are in now.
Patrick Kelly PK@ James Ajuma: He took some time in corner kamdini and drove to palenga in kitgum road where he was intercepted can you imagine that chain now.
James Ajuma @Patrick Kelly PK: our safety can only be ascertained by God’s Divine intervention and doing our own best to the global DOs and DON’Ts, congs to Hon Otto for directing the team the mulago, ooops!
Emmy Gongo: It seems that no body understands COVID19.
If they are medical equipments in those trucks, then treat them as emergency and take the Samples direct to ENTEBBE before the driver is allowed to take the Items.
Why weak laws.Muwanguzi Henry Bebamanyi: because right now some of us we’re focusing how can we survive in this lockdown and wat is next on our businesses and jobs after this lockdown.
Mafabi James Gidudu @Muwanguzi Henry: sick mentality, we all have businesses, but this is a life survival for ourselves, children, relatives and friends first.
Ayume Bf Muhammad: Check the lodges on the way where he slept and had meals otherwise,we washed our clothes and dried in the soil instead of the wire.who to blame.cant the truck drivers wait for the test results?image whats happening.uganda zabu.ALLAH help.
Oketcho Pa Ochandi Owere: This was the case reported last night…. his samples were taken yesterday at malaba, and though he was left to drive before results came out positive…. so it is nt a new case, but Ministry of Health- Uganda Ministry of Health- Uganda already reported last night.
Allan Grey@ Oketcho Pa Ochandi Owere: So did he stop anywhere and get in touch with anyone…😂😂😂!Did they let him go on condition he won’t touch anyone? Eh!
Emenyu Solomon: But why a rush? Someone was not badly off,he was driving with his coronavirus why do you rush with him to the hospital? just tell him to drive to the nearest hospital Chloroquine.
Amony Inno: Stupidity of the highest order…what are they up to any way…karuma falls dam should be closed….until covid 19 is done.
Byabakama Jackson: We are not safe on All borders surrounding Uganda some body are being paid 50k to cross them into uganda and there are so many panama that being used security be on alert.
Karugaba Nathan: If he was tested at malaba border, was he released before his results came back or he escaped? How come he is arrested at Kamudini? I thought suspects are quarantined until their results are back.
Uthman Sky: That’s not having fast test kits, it’s having incompetent health workers and weak border personnel. Why did they allow him to go before the results??
Okiror Ibrahim: I told you how Useless m7s directives are!
Closed schools, weekly markets, Churches, Mosques but left all the borders open! Allowed even people from affected countries to flock in!
He only closed the borders after receiving the first victim!
Did he close the borders to close in covid 19 or out!?
God SOS and help remove the most Unpatriotic president in Uganda, Yoweri Museveni!Deogratius Odokel Opolot: Stupidity at best,we l are locked at home and the chaps are joking coz they are earning money.
Meet Mee: If this nonsense continues I am ending the lockdown and face it off with any fool who dare attack me.
Lydia Nakanwagi @Meet Mee: We are just suffering bse of the arrogancency!
Davidson Elyau: I don’t understand this after testing and found positive they leave you to move alone.
Badru Katongole: He’s not in gulu ..Truly he’s now rushed to mulago referral this not under supervision of Hon. Odonga Otto and Speaker Hon. Jacob Oulanyah.
Allan Grey: I am disappointed…new covid 19 case is a truck driver…I personally thought all these drivers where being quarantined at the boarder points and only released once 15 days and extra tests where done😟🤦🏼♂🙆🏻♂🙆🏻♂🙆🏻♂🙆🏻♂🤷🏼
Lasiyo Robert: Terrible!
And those truck drivers have multiple stages for stopovers with at least a woman in every stage.
Now see!
These drivers should only be allowed to proceed, after accertaining their Covid 19 status. Otherwise we’re already messed up!Sarah Nansubuga: They should not be let to continue without knowing the results. Gasiya agenda asaasaanya. Nabo balinde!
Mugume Godwin: Disgusting security, corruption on the borders I doubt we out of this soon..where is Updf!
Godfrey Ssembatya: How many women had he interacted with before he was intercepted again.Look at that chain!!!.. Are we serious??
Charles Richard Khaukha: Why would they let him travel up to kamdin when he tested positive from malaba boarder? Look at all this faagi!
Jos Paul Ilukol: Why should they release a driver before approving his result ?
This is also madness!Akankunda Josephat Kuntsevych: i think if it means lockdown, alxo the movements frm one country to anaza should stop, mbu truck driver! this is a nosense that is going to bring us bak,,, for dis lockdown lets b using our own resources. nw look at dis. do u kno his contacts? wat of contacts of contacts? u see? soon we shal hav da virus spreading like wild fire.
George Wanjala: Two cases were detected, Kenyan driver was referred back.the Uganda driver was allowed to proceed pending outcome.
Shekih Muhammar Opoka: Info also indicates that he mingled with some two ladies, one from Lira and another one from kamdini, Ladies be very careful.
Simon Mugabi DaNtenga: I Hope he hadn’t swallowed any babes especially those who like kissing cos they may end up following him the the isolation facilities!
Diaen Kukunda Rutamureka: Corona is still here.
He was tested and left to go.

This is how Yoweri Museveni created Bobi Wine as something important.

KCCA SPEAKER ABUBAKER KAWALYA HAS BEEN CAUGHT WITH STOLEN COVID-19 FOOD BELONGING TO KCCA AT A HOUSE WHICH HE OWNS AT BULENGA TOGETHER WITH ANOTHER LORD COUNCILLOR A ONE FARIDAH NAKABUGO.THE POLICE FIRST ARRESTED THE TWO AND WERE BRIBED AND LEFT THEM , BUT LATER NAKALEMA PEOPLE WERE TIPPED AND THEY CAME AND STORMED THE HOUSE WHICH IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

It doesn’t matter whether their counterparts in Kenya & elsewhere are reducing their salaries as long as our MPs’ narrow interests are catered for Ugandans can go to hell!
Dear Kampala voters, never forget this MPig called Latif Ssebaggala Sengendo , he mooted the motion to shares billions of taxpayers money while you’re starving in your homes. He’s Bobi Wine ‘s best choice for Kampala mayoral race🙄
*2005*: MPs in the *7th Parliament* allocate themselves *five million shillings* each as they amend the Constitution to remove *presidential term limits*.
Am so disgusted by the NRM members of Parliament on the decision to accept the 20 million Ugandan shillings in the name of sensitization of covid-19 in your constituencies.
