ESO OPERATIVES IDENTIFYING AND COVERTLY ELIMINATING PEOPLE POWER REVOLUTION MOBILISERS AND DISSIDENTS IN DIASPORA.Following recent regime buyouts of most agitators for change of political leadership in Uganda especially those in Diaspora, dictator Yoweri Museveni has ordered that those that can’t be paid-out to cease their venomous mobilisation for regime change be covertly eliminated and so far several People Power Revolution mobilisers have been murdered since mission directives were given.
Below are official mission directives to different ESO Posts globally to murder dissidents.

The Head of Special Operations Desk – Secret Services took on the task to revalue the current operations in the region by ESO. As per your recommendations Your Excellency, the following tasks were given.
KIGALI
Provide to SFC real time information for the artillery and Air raids targets in the major military and intelligence installations in Kigali.
Dig out all powerful firepower weapons and provide details and possible capabilities of the said weapons.
Provide precise locations electronically using GPS and physically by marking out possible identifiable features.
Provide information on troops’ movement and new positions for military equipment.
Verify the rumour about the new acquired P5 Air Defence Systems.
MAPUTO
Identify all Uganda dissidents rumoured to be forming up a rebellion camp. This must include the verification of information that over 1,500 UPDF soldiers defected to Maputo to form a rebellion which would attack Uganda in late 2020.
Destroy the confirmed centre for recruitment of Ugandan dissidents in Maputo. Write reports about the information alleging that Uganda criminals on the run temporarily settle in Maputo before they proceed to other countries.
LUSAKA
ESO must identify and eliminate dissidents and money launderers who facilitate theft of money from government projects and invest in Lusaka. On target should be: Allen Kagina, Jennifer Musisi, Robert Kyagulanyi, Amama Mbabazi, Kahinda Otafire, david Bahati and Louis Kasekende.
GOMA
DMI and RDF are heavily recruiting Congolese and Ugandans from Kasese to build a force to destabilise Western Uganda. Intel must be provided to SFC for artillery and aerial raids.
Assess the ISIS and ADF cooperation, plans and significant installations. Register their GPS and physical structures.
JUBA
Provide for the general political and military situation in South Sudan.
KHARTOUM
Provide for the general situation in Sudan. Assess the situation of Omar Bashir and the possibility of protecting his vision through the Military Transition Council.
Assess the situation in Darfur and recommend if UPDF peace keepers can be reinforced.
NAIROBI
Provide real time information on Uganda dissidents building a rebellion camp around Mount Kenya
Follow track on Al Shabab terrorists who intend to attack Uganda during the 2020/21 campaigns
Assess the Kenya Firepower and recommend especially the air force.
Write reports on the political players and advise on who NRM to sponsor for the next president in Kenya.
UGANDA EMBASSY – UK
Arrange meetings with all members in the House of Commons opposed to NRM regime for dialogue. Pledge all-round support to them
Identify, profile and assess all Ugandans flying the People Power flags. ISO will match the profiles with their families here at home.

Arrange meetings with all members in the senators agitating for regime change in Uganda. Pledge all-round support to them

So it is evident that premeditated accidents and Nerve Agent VX, military grade are major tactics / weapons at play in mission execution.
So no natural or accidental deaths are happening to forces of change agents / mobilisers. They are Museveni’s assassins accomplishing their missions.

A letter to Uganda opposition: Unite and be true!
Hon.Norbert Mao, Museveni’ mole that never was? What kind of Uganda do we need?This is the question lingering in the heads of many Ugandans. Poor or rich, pastor or pagan.
Before giving my thoughts, am reminded of a story of a man who failed to win over a girl but decided to destroy the two. A lesson I learnt from Acholi fireplace.
After competing and failing. He derived a trick. He went to the girl that evening. He said. ” Because of the love I have for you. I must not hide this from you.” He clears his throat! He said ” the guy you are dating has a tail next to his Anus. That tail is the cause of death to all women who marry him.
He went on to the guy and told him ” man, you married a witch. The family are known for witchcraft. If they love you, they may make you a night dancer. But in a long run, you may be sacrificed for blood thirsty serpent!
His tricks worked. Curious as they are off they arranged for a night together. In the bed, each wanted to protect selves, the lady tried to fix her fingers in the guys Anus to feel the tail, the guy strongly removed her hands. Fights errupted, and the whole date ended each knowing that one is a witch! Politics of ” Mole”
The political history of Uganda has been nasty and state making has been the art of war. There has never been peaceful transfer of power. We need it.
In 1986: President Museveni and his military resurrected the hopes of a better, rich, united and peaceful country but killed the opportunity.
All these were muzzled by bad strategy and genocide in the North, and untamed appetite for power.Why has President Museveni made himself the lone king and a benevolent ruler? Because we all play by his game. From his National Resistance, NRM Party to opposition Parties.
The chemical ” Mole” he originated. It’s all about loyalty to him. In the National Resistance Movement ( NRM) and even in security forces, you are either a loyal cadre or a mole else you are rejected or put in Katebe ( jobless).
In opposition, the Forum for Democratic change, FDC that divorced from NRM carried forward the same. You are either loyal to your Party leader or a mole. A case in point was Gen. Mugisha Muntu who almost got to be seen as one. He was painted yellow. Thank God he divorced from FDC and formed Alliance for National Transformation, ANT: the mole thing died since he left FDC.
But both NRM and FDC, mostly Ssuubi group who since Hon Norbert Mao became DP President, the first outsider from Buganda, an Acholi to take Democratic Party ( DP) Presidency. They protested and hell bent not only in destroying Mao but DP.
Hon Betty Nambooze and Hon Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago formed a Ganda group called Ssuubi backing FDC to date. They have spiritedly done their best in painting Hon Norbert Mao a mole. In communication, repetition is very effective. Since Hon Norbert Mao has no Media team to counter this, it’s almost being his identity. Musevenis “mole”.
This is a big success to NRM. Mao has been a thorn in the flesh for NRM and the regime. He is still a big one, fight, ignore him at your own peril. God gave him wisdom.
I asked him to counter these baseless attacks. He said no. ” dek pa Latin kic pe kwok!” Meaning the food God prepared for an orphan never rots! It’s true, the truth will set him free and history will absolve him and condemn baseless blackmailers.
By the way, he is one of the finest God prepared for the world. Who knew Hon Amolo Odinga, a Luo will raise up to that level?
Why NRM is happy, when they sodomized our people, called us Anyanya, maimed us, raped our women and children, conducted a 2 decades smart genocide in North and part of East, no one was there, but Mao. We knew about Mukura hundreds burnt, Buchuro, Achol Pii, Barlonyo massacres by the Maos, Cecilia Ogwal, late Epak of Lango.
It’s only Mao who stood up to name and shame their torment. The current Heros in opposition, very clean, were commissioning our torture from Musevenis quarters. I remember the other MPs, by the way, Byanyima was from Mbarara, they called Mao LRA collaborator.
He stood with us to date. He didn’t betray us. Do you think people of Northern Uganda will show hate or buy into the nonsense of blackmail? No amount of chemicals will let people in the North turn against him who stood up for them. You need him. Many educated elite in Uganda and world over cherish him.
NRM tried many times. I was his legislative assistant in the sixth Parliament and he was very popular. If he wanted money, he would be even prime minister, not a ” mole”. After standing with Ugandans, rejecting NRM, they drew a plan to paint him their own.
Conclusively, of late the blackmail on Hon Norbert Mao and Bwanika of DP bloc has intensified not by NRM but the Baganda Ssuubi camp in FDC. This is because DP bloc is seen as a direct threat to the People government. It will support People power.
The game is divorce DP from people power, paint Mao and Bwanika heads of DP bloc moles, destroy them. After destroying them turn on lone Bobi, you have a better bargain with people power to back Dr Besigye, a smart game in FDC disguised as people government. Mao and Bwanika will gain their place in the hearts of Ugandans after we now know they are. “moles ” that never were!
These are counterproductive and gives President Museveni a leeway to increase his grip and gerrymander power. The petty fights and blackmail among opposition will show intolerance making Museveni appears a better dictator! Ugandans are sick. Like Martin Luther King, said ” unless we unite together as brothers we will die together as fools.
My humble request to opposition: swallow your pride. Unite. Looking at events in the past two years, popularity and trust for change favors Hon Bobi. Let Dr. Besigye and people government, DP bloc, civil society, eminent people, religious people form true people Power.
Set up agenda that after the change, in 5 years, we organize election and build a new inclusive Uganda. In this process and instance, you need moles, the imaginary moles, the disgruntled NRM members. By the way, you are lucky to have :moles’ like Gen Mugisha Muntu who can bring UPDF on the negotiations table. Moles like Hon Muhammad Nssereko who stand with you in Parliament.
All in all, if the stupid fights continue, blackmail, you will give Ugandans a raw deal. Uganda is captured and no one, even PP alone but all together like Animals in the allegorical animal farm, succeeds in freeing the people who have become playthings.
